EHIGIAMUSOE ELIZABETH NGOZI (MRS) – CHAIRMAN
Ehigiamusoe Elizabeth Ngozi is a seasoned banker with over 13 years’ experience. A graduate of Accounting from the University of Benin and a Masters degree from the same university. Prior to joining Micro Investment Support Service, She worked with New Nigeria Bank Plc (now Unity Bank Plc), the defunct Oko Community Bank, TDS Services Ltd and now the Managing Director/CEO, Micro Investment Support Service Limited. She is an Associate Member of the following Institutes: National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London.
She had attended series of top business management trainings across the globe. Her hobbies include singing and reading.
TUNDE NETUFO – VICE CHAIRMAN
Mr Netufo is a graduate of Accounting and Management from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria and University Of Sunderland, United Kingdom respectively.
A consummate professional Accountant with over 21 years work experience that cuts across different sectors of the economy. He was until March, 2013 the Finance Director of Universal McCann Nigeria, part of McCann Erickson Worldwide Advertising Network with offices in 171 Countries including United Kingdom and with Headquarters in New York in USA.
He was one of the pioneer Directors of Berachah Microfinance Bank Limited and currently serves as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Frontline Trust Limited, a member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria – (ELAN).
A Fellow of the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of Nigeria – ICAN, and Associate member, Nigeria Institute of Management – NIM (Chartered). He also holds a Master Degree in Business Administration specializing in Financial Management and he is a distinguished member of the LASUMBA Heritage.
CHIGBUNDU CHRISTIAN CHIEMEZUOLAM – DIRECTOR
Mr Chigbundu Christian Chiemezuolam is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years of 13years post qualification experience as Auditor, Credit/Operations officer, Assistant Manager Credit/Operations, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, Manager Accounts/ Operations , Country Manager, General Manager/CEO in reputable organisations.
A graduate of the University of Calabar and an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Chartered Management Accountant (ICMA) and Full Members of Institute of Credit and Risk Management of Nigeria and Administrative Staff College of India-India.
He has worked in Spiropolous, Adiele Okpara & Co – Grand Thortone Int-(Chartered Accountant), Dele Odunowo & Co – (Chartered Accountant), Trans International Bank Limited. Also he has worked in various capacities at C & I Leasing Plc – (A Finance, Leasing & Logistics Company). He is currently the Managing Director/CEO, Coscharis Mobility Limited (Sixt International – A transport and Logistics Company).
ADEGBOYEGA ADELANI ADEGUN – DIRECTOR
Adegboyega Adelani Adegun is a Chartered Accountant and Banker with over twenty-six years banking experience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (B.Sc) from University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1987 and a Master’s degree in Agricultural Economics (M.Sc) from the University of Ibadan) in 1990. He has also attended several management courses home and abroad including the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at the INSEAD.
Mr. Adegun is currently the Managing Director/CEO Value-Land Investments Limited. Prior to this, he has held several positions within the banking industry, including General Manager, Corporate Banking Group of Sterling Bank Plc, Relationship Officer/Manager with Chartered Bank Limited (now Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc) from February 1992 to July 2001, Unit Head and Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Group, Magnum Trust Bank Plc – August 2001 to December 2005 and RM/Unit Head, Oil and Gas, Sterling Bank Plc – January 2006 – April 2014.
EBEHIRIERE EHI-OMOIKE (MRS) – DIRECTOR
Mrs. Ebehiriere Ehi-Omoike has multifunctional experience in Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking, Risk management, Operations, Project management, Product development and Legal practice. She joined the Bank of Industry in 2019 and became the Divisional Head of Large Enterprises 2 where she was responsible for leading, directing and overseeing business development, operations and financial health of the Oil and Gas, Healthcare and Petrochemicals, Agro Processing, Engineering and Technology and the Renewable Energy Business Groups. Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of LECON Finance Company Limited, She was the General Manager/Divisional Head of Management Services, where she oversaw the activities of the Human Resources, Administration and Procurement, and Security Services Groups.
She has worked at Chief Rotimi Williams Chambers, Toyin Pinheiro and Co Chambers; G&C Lines (Grimaldi and Cobelfret Lines – Roro Oceanic Shipping Services Nigeria Limited) as the Head of Claims/Legal and came into banking by joining Standard Trust Bank Ltd (Now United Bank of Africa) as a Credit Risk officer. Then joined Equitorial Trust bank (now Sterling Bank) as a Credit Risk Manager and later at Compliance and Operations. She moved to Intercontinental Trust bank (now Access Bank Plc) as a Credit Risk Manager, headed the Product development group, Retail and then Commercial Branch. While at Access Bank Plc she worked in Retail and Business banking, first as a Branch Manager, then as a Regional Manager, then as a Zonal Manager. She then moved to Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria, where she rose to Deputy General Manager and the Head of Retail Distribution Nigeria at Standard Chartered bank Nigeria.
She has an LLB – Law degree in a Second-Class Upper division, an LLM – Master’s in Law from the University of Lagos (summa cum laude), and an MBA – Master’s in Business Administration from Bangor University Wales (summa cum laude).
ADENIKE IBIROGBA (MRS) – DIRECTOR
Mrs Adenike Ibirogba is a Lagos based lawyer, transporter and logistics expert. Leveraging with an ever-expanding portfolio of certifications including Member Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics United Kingdom (MILT), Member of Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators (MICMC) and an almuna of Lagos Business School, she has proved time and again her flexibility, self-motivation and integrity. Beginning her career in the legal industry, she worked with B.O Benson law firm as a law associate from 1986 to 1989. In 1995, she founded Nikky Taurus Nigeria Limited, a transportation and leasing company where she presently works as the Managing Director. The Company currently has over 400 vehicles in its fleet and a workforce of over 350 people. Tasked with providing excellence through the leasing of vehicles, her passion, inter-personal skills and communication proficiency has led her to repeatedly prove her ability to deliver strong and sustained results. She has indeed met and exceeded corporate goals and challenges in the world of transportation. The scope of her experience has spanned various aspects of transportation and leasing including short hires, fleet management, logistics, technology implementation and operations administration.
Throughout her career, she has established a strong network of contacts in small and large firms such as Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, Total E&P Nigeria, MRS PLC, Statoil Nigeria Limited, Airtel Networks Limited, Union Bank of Nigeria PLC, Citibank Nigeria Limited, Nestle, Stanbic IBTC, Ardova PLC and various educational institutions. She is a board member of Special Olympics Nigeria. She is happily married and the marriage is blessed with three beautiful children. Together, the family have stood on the core values of excellence, family and godliness, which they continually strive to impart on all those around them.
NNAMDI NWANKWO – DIRECTOR
Nnamdi is an accomplished professional banker who has over 15 years of experience in Treasury, Credit Administration, Public Finance, Project Finance, Oil & Gas Upstream, Services and Downstream. Prior to joining Aquila, he worked with Access Bank as a Deputy General Manager where he was a member of various committees within the bank, including Asset and Liability Management Committee (ALCO), Enterprise Risk Management Committee (ERMC) etc. He holds a degree in Marketing from a Nigerian University and has attended several professional leaderships and skill-based training programs organized by reputable institutions including LBS-London, Euromoney, INSEAD, SAID Business School and IMD Switzerland.
IKENNA OKAFOR – DIRECTOR
Ikenna has over twenty years experience in equipment leasing at Management level. A
Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA); An alumnus of the Lagos Business School. The current President of SMP 20 and past President South/ East chapter of the alumni association respectively: He was the former Resident Consultant to the Director General NIMASA on Process re-engineering and Maritime strategy, with Extensive experience in upstream and downstream sector of the Oil industry. He is a Director of many companies, locally & internationally and Individual member of Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN).

UGOJI LENIN UGOJI – DIRECTOR
Ugoji Lenin Ugoji is the Group Managing Director at C&I Leasing Plc.
Lenin who joined C&I Leasing as the Chief Operating Officer has over 20 years of experience in Commercial/Investment Banking, Leasing, and Asset Management.
Ugoji’s extensive experience in the Leasing Industry commenced in 2005 as a Pioneer member of the Aquila Capital Group where he served as the pioneer Group Head Treasury & Wealth Management.
He was responsible for creating the Group’s Equipment Leasing focused Funding and Investment structure, which was targeted at attracting Capital from Private Equity, Foreign Development Financial Institutions, and Local sources.
From 2010 to 2015, he served as the pioneer Managing Director for Aquila Asset Management Ltd, a Management Buy-Out firm from the Aquila Group.
Prior to his time at the Aquila Group, Ugoji worked at Continental Trust Bank (now UBA) and NAL Bank Plc (now Sterling Bank) in the Treasury, International Operations, and Domestic operations groups respectively.
