ELAN HOLDS EXECUTIVE BUSINESS FORUM

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In pursuit of its primary objective of  promoting the business of leasing in Nigeria, ELAN held executive business forum on 30th January. The forum with the theme: 2025 Economic Outlook and Impact Analysis for the Leasing Industry, considered the key influencers for 2025 and how members can develop sustainable strategies to wade through the challenges and tap into opportunities they present, to sustain and grow their businesses.

The lead presentation was made  by Dr. Muda Yusuf, Founder/CEO Centre for Private Enterprise (CPPE) / former Director General, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, followed by a panel discussion. The panelists were: Tunde Netufo, Managing Director/CEO Frontline Trust Limited; Mubo Olasoko, Managing Director/CEO Meristem Finance Limited and Ugoji Lenin Ugoji, Group Managing Director/CEO, C&I Leasing Plc. who shared their thoughts and experience on the various issues raised. The discussion was moderated by Christian Chigbundu, Managing Director/CEO Coscharis Mobility Limited.

The forum concluded that the economy is expected to be stable in 2025,devoid of major shocks as witnessed in the past 18months and it is imperative for practitioners in the industry to be proactive in following major developments, mitigating   adverse impacts while cashing in on the various opportunities that abound in the current macroeconomic landscape.
