KELVIN UWAIBI – SENIOR SPECIAL ASSISTANT TO THE EDO STATE GOVERNMENT ON INVESTMENT PROMOTION
Kelvin Uwaibi currently heads the Edo State Investment Promotion Office (ESIPO), Edo State, Nigeria and seats on the National Committee on the “Zero Oil” plan agenda and State Representative at the Nigeria Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) and Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC) respectively. His interests are in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) growth, Promotion of Domestic Investment and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Financing.
He is an Alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy Executive Program. He has an M.A in Humanities from Leicester University, United Kingdom, also trained at the Institute of Commonwealth Studies. Certified by the Institute of Leadership and Management. U.K endorsed by Deloitte and Accenture.
He is a member of Association of Professional Negotiators and Mediators, the Friends of Africa, and Governance and Institutions Policy Commission Nigerian Economic Summit Group. And Founder, Key Development Group Consults and Child Hope Trust Foundation.
DR. GODWIN EHIGIAMUSOE, MD/CEO LAPO MICROFINANCE BANK LIMITED
He is an acknowledged Microfinance practitioner who began his involvement in microfinance and microenterprise development as a rural Co-operative Officer before he founded LAPO (Lift Above Poverty Organization), a successful pro-poor microfinance institution with operations in Nigeria and Sierra Leone. He holds a Doctorate degree in Policy and Development Studies with emphasis on Microfinance Policy and Regulatory Frameworks. He has authored Understanding NGOs (1998); Poverty and Microfinance in Nigeria (2000); Issues in Microfinance: Enhancing Financial Inclusion (2011). He is currently the Managing Director, LAPO Microfinance Bank.
IBRAHIM BISALLAH, MD/CEO LECON FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED
Mr. Ibrahim Bisallah holds B.Sc. (Textile Sc. & Tech.), PGDM and MBA from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna state. Prior to his current appointment, he was the Group Head, (Engineering & Technology), Bank of Industry Limited. At various times he served as the Zonal Manager in the South East, South South, and the North West before becoming the Regional Manager (North West) of the Bank of Industry. He has over 29 years experience in the Finance Industry specifically in the Development Financial Institution (DFI). He has attended several courses both foreign and local in the area of project appraisal and management, banking, finance, money laundering, machinery and technical specialist valuation, leasing and strategy development for SME banking etc.
PATRICK AKINWUNTAN, MD/CEO ECOBANK NIGERIA LIMITED
Patrick Akinwuntan is the Managing Director and Regional Executive Designate of Ecobank Nigeria Ltd. He is a seasoned banker with over 20 years of senior and executive management experience. Mr Akinwuntan has held several strategic positions in the Ecobank Group in Ghana, Togo and Nigeria.
He had previously been a Group Executive Director on the Board of ETI and earlier as Executive Director in Ecobank Nigeria. He has acquired over 20 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Mbakogu Alexander graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka with a B.Sc. in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Lagos. He has held several positions since joining C&I Leasing Plc, including Management Accountant, Head Treasury, Manager, Finance and Accounts and until recently the Managing Director, Leasafric Ghana. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a member of the Institute of Credit and Risk Administration of Nigeria and the institute of Chartered Management Accountants of Nigeria. In July 2017 he was appointed by the Board of Directors as the Executive Director. for the Company.

He has over two decades of international work experience in Consulting, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Management, Healthcare management and Agriculture. He has successfully implemented change management, continuous process improvements and business process re-engineering, financial advisory and marketing communication strategies focusing on service delivery in his career which spans the health insurance industry as the Business Director/Chief Marketing Officer of International Health Management Services(IHMS),a subsidiary of Industrial and General Insurance(IGI),AGM Marketing/Brand management of HYGEIA HMO (Lagos) and at a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) and information technology firm, ACS Inc,a XEROX company, Houston, Texas (Fortune 500)
He is a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IOD), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit and Collection Management of Nigeria (ICCM) and a member of the Equipment Leasing association of Nigeria (ELAN). He is the Chairman of the Board of Hartwell Hospitals, Lagos and a Board Director of various firms including Bellforte Integrated Services Limited, Cypress Leasing and Investments Limited, Montrose Farms & Foods and Meyerland Travels & Tours.
A performance coach, he continues to develop solutions in structured business management, management consulting, finance and operating leases (commercial and consumer) and healthcare management. He has an MBA (specialising in marketing management) from the University of Lagos.
